The News

Here's the bad news:

We DO NOT accept reservations. We are a small establishment. We appreciate your patronage: first come, first served.

We currently cannot accommodate parties larger than 6 guests, including infants. IF you take a few minutes to observe our dining room picture, we can only hope you will understand.

We allow you to BYOB and enjoy your wine and beer under our BYOB house rules.

BYOB House Rules:

ONLY wine and beer is allowed. NO cases of beer are allowed. We limit our diners to a maximum consumption of two bottles of 750ml wine OR a 6 pack of 330ml beer, and with that; we also reserve the right at any time to disallow any diner to drink alcohol (or any more alcohol) in our establishment, for any reason, whatsoever. Thank you for your understanding.

Here's the good news:

The three most important factors in our business are:

  1. excellent hygiene
  2. quality products
  3. superior customer service

We are humbled that some of the most successful restaurant owners and Executive Chefs of Chicago frequent our establishment.

We bake Neapolitan wheat pizza, with organically grown and organically packed California tomatoes, topped with high quality cheese from local and worldwide regions, high quality and organic vegetables; some locally grown, homemade Italian sausage, and fine Italian and International meats.

We prepare our Pomodoro and Bolognese sauces in house. Usually when we run out of Bolognese sauce, it's because we ate it all ourselves and we apologize in advance. Our Bolognese sauce was created by a highly skilled Sardinian Chef de Cuisine, and perfected by one of the finest Bologna Italian Chefs in Chicago.

Our #1 selling Pizza Bianco, among others; was created by a Milanese Chef de Cuisine of Sapore di Napoli in 2007. We miss him. Coincidently, the Bologna Chef has never ordered any other pizza from us other than the Milanese's Pizza Bianco.

The paintings in our dining room were loaned to us by one of our favorite customers and finest diners. He prefers to be anonymous. We are grateful to him.

Here's the best news

We serve gelato made with real ingredients, such as chocolate, pistachio nuts, and real burnt caramel. We also offer homemade authentic tiramisu, made with the finest Italian ingredients and cage free eggs. If we deem necessary, we may surprise you once in a while with a special dessert, such as Pumpkin gelato or a Nutella spread.

It is customary to offer a glass of wine or beer to the General Managers and Owners of any BYOB establishment anywhere on the planet. This usually, but not always; gets you perks. We dedicate ourselves to offering you a healthy and hearty dining experience, and work extremely hard to please our patrons. Enjoy a Taste of Naples.

Patience is a moral excellence.
